BRC was founded in 1943 by Mr Boucher Robert-Charles. Its activity was focused on the manufacturing of ignition transformer for oil burners. Only after 35 years has Mr Claude EPAUD created the very first fly trap based on UVA. Mr Epaud first focus was to help the underground mushroom farmers to fight against flies, infesting their crops.
From that day forward, BRC has been designing, manufacturing and marketing fly traps in all its forms for every type of users. Nowadays, BRC products are distributed in more than 50 countries around the globe.Throughout the years, we’ve had to adapt our fly traps to the different environmments they were exposed at.
In 2018, BRC has acquired a laser cutting machine offering to our clients personalized and branded fly traps. Also, we are now able to offer devices adapted for the most demanding food industry, made with 316 stainless steel in IP 65. They provide a resistance to corrosion, water, dust, pitting and corrosive chemicals. We also have developped a decorative wall mounted range of trap meeting the request of greatest palaces in the Middle East.

With a 5 years guarantee, BRC creates sustainable and repairable products which do not have planned obsolescence. The maintenance of our devices can be made without tools and can be done within 1 minutes. We have also developped a new technology of UV LED lights, which can be mounted on all our current devices, with no needs to buy a new fly trap. . Our LED lights have a long lifespan, are energy efficient and a low voltage operation.
